Orders & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

  • Can I modify or cancel my order once it is validated?

Generally, orders cannot be changed once they have been confirmed. However, if you contact us immediately after purchase and the order is not yet being processed, we will try to make changes.

  • How to use a promo code?

A dedicated section is provided at checkout. Simply copy the code and apply it.

  • I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Check your spam folder. Otherwise, contact us by email with your first and last name and the approximate time of your order so we can check together.


Delivery & Tracking

  • What are the delivery times?

France: 2 to 5 working days.

Europe: 4 to 10 working days.

International: up to 15 working days or even a month depending on destinations and local postal services.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we deliver to France, Europe, and internationally.

  • What are the delivery costs?

They are calculated at the time of checkout, depending on the destination and the type of shipment chosen.

  • How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as the order is shipped.

  • My order is marked “delivered” but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

Contact us quickly by email. We will conduct the necessary checks with the carrier. Even if this remains beyond our control, we will assist you throughout the process.

  • Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, simply provide your desired address when ordering. Please note that once your order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made an error.

  • How long do I have to wait to request a return?

Within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Can the earrings be returned?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened.

  • Are I responsible for return shipping costs?

Yes, except in exceptional cases. Everything is done on a case-by-case basis through email exchanges.

  • Are refunds possible?

Yes, depending on the case. A refund is possible if the return conditions are met (unused, undamaged product, etc.). The refund will be processed by email.

  • Is your jewelry made of stainless steel?

Yes, we mainly offer stainless steel, but also gold plated, 925 silver and other noble materials like zircon.

  • Does your jewelry blacken or oxidize over time?

No, they are designed to last. It's one of our brand commitments.

  • Can I shower or bathe with your jewelry?

Yes, most of our jewelry is water resistant. However, we recommend caring for it as you would gold.

  • Is jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, stainless steel (often surgical grade) is suitable for sensitive skin. However, each person is different. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Are the jewelry guaranteed?

Our jewelry is covered by legal guarantees. In the event of an unusual problem, please contact us by email. We examine each situation on a case-by-case basis.

  • Do you offer personalized jewelry?

Not yet, but it's in the works. Stay tuned!

  • Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Thanks to stainless steel, silver, or gold plating, our jewelry is hypoallergenic in the vast majority of cases.


Gifts & Packaging

  • Does the jewelry come in gift packaging?

Yes, our jewelry comes in elegant packaging. A "premium gift packaging" option is also available when ordering.

  • Can I add a personalized message?

This isn't available yet, but we hope to offer it soon. Stay tuned for our latest news!

  • Do you offer gift boxes?

Yes, some boxes are offered during special periods (holidays, occasions, etc.).

  • How to discreetly offer jewelry (without an invoice in the package)?

We do not include invoices in packages. If you select the gift option, everything is designed to be discreet and appropriate. You will receive the invoice by email.
